Scott & Charters for H. Stockton
Wildebeest Cashmere/Silk Crewneck Sweater
Scott & Charters are a rare thing in today’s world – a family-owned company that cares about every piece of knitwear it produces. Founded in 1955 in Hawick, the heartland of Scottish knitwear, they continue to produce some of the world’s finest luxury knitwear. With attention to detail and quality being the driving forces of the company, the main ingredient for success remains the “Made in Scotland” label.
We are completely thrilled to present our small collection from this venerable knitwear manufacturer. Woven for us in Scotland, the cashmere and silk blend creates an incredibly luxurious, soft hand without seeming fragile. A bit more refined than a Shetland crewneck, this sweater is a great match for a fine grey serge trousers and a hopsack blazer, however, the lofty feel is perfectly at home with a pair of jeans, boots and a Barbour jacket. A great transitional piece for chilly Spring days as well as cool Autumn nights.
We think these are just about perfect and once you slip it on, you'll understand exactly why.
Tailored Fit - Cut on the trimmer side, we recommend sizing up if a more traditional fit is desired.
