Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our goal at H. Stockton. In the event that any unworn or unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item availability. All returned items must be accompanied by a sales receipt/email confirmation, with the original tags attached and include any packaging the item came with.
For On Line returns or exchanges:
All returns/exchanges received within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s) will be credited to the original form of payment upon processing of the returned item(s). Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 3-5 business days for receipt and processing of your return/exchange.
H. Stockton does not cover return shipment costs of items being returned or exchanged. We accept deliveries of UPS, FedEx and USPS.

However, If an item exchange or return is due to a mistake on the part of H. Stockton or based on issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost you via UPS Ground. Returned items will receive a return label for UPS drop off.
For Atlanta area in store returns or exchanges of On Line purchased item(s):
Items purchased on line may be brought to any 4 H. Stockton stores in Atlanta.
Items purchased on line that wish to be exchanged may be done so at any H. Stockton location. Please note that the original tags and packaging need to accompany the item in addition to being unworn and unused.
Items purchased on line that wish to be returned for credit may be brought to any 4 H. Stockton locations. A credit for the on line items will be issued once the item(s) is transferred and then processed at our Midtown location.
