Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our goal at H. Stockton.  In the event that any unworn or unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item availability.  All returned items must be accompanied by a sales receipt, with the original tags attached and include any packaging the item came with.

All returns received within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s) will be credited to the original form of payment upon processing of the returned item(s).  Your credit should appear on your next billing statement.  Please allow 3-5 business days for receipt and processing of your return.

For Atlanta area in store returns or exchanges of on line purchased item(s):

Item(s) purchased on line may be brought to any 4 H. Stockton stores in Atlanta. The purchased on line item(s) will be transferred to our on line store headquarters at our Midtown location for review and credit. On line purchases are considered separate transactions from in store purchases. A credit for the on line item(s) will be issued once the item(s) is processed at our Midtown location.

If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of H. Stockton or based on issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost you via UPS Ground.
